Il Café de Prins si trova su uno dei tratti più belli del Prinsengracht. Di fronte alla Westerkerk (Chiesa Occidentale) e alla Casa di Anna Frank e al limitare del Jordaan, questo bar è letteralmente circondato dalla storia. Anche se il Prins ha mantenuto il suo carattere di classico "bruin cafè" olandese, negli ultimi anni la cucina è diventata uno dei suoi punti forti.
