Pasaje Gutiérrez

The Pasaje is a 19th-century shopping arcade built commissioned by Eusebio Gutierrez. The luxurious shopping arcade was built in a period of economic growth and prosperity in order to satisfy the needs of the new city`s wealthy elite. The style of the building is a great example of the beaux-arts architecture, popular in the 19-century. A great place to shop all the while traveling back in time!

Mercado Del Val

The most famous market in Valladolid is the Mercado del Val, a typical castillan agricultural market. Built in the late nineteenth-century, this covered market is frequented by locals all day long until late at night. Stalls sell everything from fish to flowers and suckling pigs. It is located on Plaza del Val.

Centro Comercial Vallsur

Opened its doors in 1998, Centro Comercial Vallsur is spread across three floors of shopping and leisure. A centre where the locals head for when shopping and when going to the movies or for a tapas meal. The first floor you will find a hypermarket, video game stores, travel agencies, sports and mobiles. It is one the second floor where all the shopping is done, where several clothe shops are located while on the third floor you will find cinemas, restaurants and ice cream parlors.

Cubero

Cubero is a treat for the eyes as well as the palate, and simply walking by its window without stopping by is impossible! Looking at the castle shaped cakes and decadent yet delicious pastries, you will most definitely walk in for a bite or to visit their museum where you can find cake reproductions of Valladolid's main landmarks.

Bodega Emina

Bodega Emina is a museum and winery where you will get a chance to learn about the history of wine from the times of the Vacceo people to the present day. Here you will also see all the steps in the winemaking process from the grape up to the bottle. Of course, there will also be some lovely wine tasting included in the tour.
