These public steps climbing a small hill in front of Noh Radio bar have become one of Istanbul's most popular evening gathering places. This is not a venue, but rather a staircase that regularly attracts students and young crowds, both locals and internationals, for informal street-side socialising, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.
