The Swedish word for pharmacy is apoteket. They are typically open Monday through Friday from around 9 am until 7 pm. Some are also open on the weekends with reduced opening hours.

Train

Arriving at the High Coast by train from the south will likely involve riding with SJ. Tickets can be purchased either on their website or via their mobile app. Norrtåg also operates in the High Coast area, but keep in mind that their tickets aren't interchangeable with SJ's. While SJ requires advance ticket booking, you have the option to buy a ticket right on board when travelling with Norrtåg.

Bus

The Y-bus takes you to and from the High Coast. The bus makes several stops on the Örnsköldsvik–Stockholm route and the Sollefteå–Kramfors–Stockholm route.

The DinTur firm operates the bus system throughout Västernorrland County. You can buy a ticket directly on board the bus, but be aware that the buses do not accept cash.
