La Caravelle

What makes this gourmet restaurant and hotel truly unique is the location, nestled within the historic confines of a 13th century chapel. The cooks of La Caravelle, led by Anthony Bourguignon create inspired dishes using freshly caught fish and other sumptuous local ingredients. Sea urchins, lobsters, and sardines are delicately woven into risottos, linguinis and raviolis to bring the taste of the sea to the table in style. Make a pass at the Oyster Bar or hold out until Tapas Hour for something a bit different.
