Three friends brought their shared passion for food to life at Cera 23, located in the El Raval neighbourhood. The menu covers seafood, meat and vegetables, but one dish steals the show: the black-rice “volcano", which consists of black rice stacked like a mountain, saffron-“lava” flowing over seafood and dried tuna flakes crackling on top.
