Tony’s Restaurant is known locally for its generous portions and friendly service, but most importantly, for the tasty and tender "Cozido das Furnas", a meat and vegetable stew, cooked underground using the hot springs for over 6 hours. So, if you want to try this famous local delicacy--and we think you should--make sure to book in advance.
