Heritage Village Museum

Rockhampton Heritage Village is an active township museum where visitors can experience Rockhampton’s rich and colourful history. Just off the Bruce Highway, close to the Yeppoon turnoff. It covers 18 hectares of bushland and features a taste of Rockhampton past, with homesteads and other buildings dating back from 1850 until 1950.

Archer Park Station and Steam Train Museum

The museum tells the story of the development and history of rail-based transportation in Rockhampton, and is set in the 100-year-old Archer Park Rail Station.
