Fraser Coast - Bars & Nightlife
There are plenty of bars to visit on the Fraser Coast if you want to cap off the day with a night on the town. Below are a few recommended bars you can start the night with.
The Fraser Coast does not swim in nightclubs but the warm weather turns the outdoor cafés and pubs into late night drinking and dancing spots. In Hervey Bay you can find these along the Esplanade and on the parallel-running Boat Habour Drive.

This Irish pub is always good for a wide range of beers and for screened sports events.
Beach House Hotel
At night, this is one of the best places for an evening drink. DJs on Wednesday to Saturday nights.
Blazing Saddles
This place makes you feel like you stepped into a western movie – it also has a good bar and some delicious food. Live entertainment from Wednesday to Sunday.
The Bay Central Tavern
The Bay Central Tavern is a laid back rustic kind of pub with live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
Goody’s on the Beach
This seafood restaurant which also has a great bar is located 18 km north of Hervey Bay. Every Sunday they have live music, from midday until 4pm.
