This 15th-century former armoury is now a bustling beer hall on the Bahnhofstrasse. Sausages are the main draw here. There are over a dozen types, including one that’s a full metre long for the bold (or hungry) ones, and most recipes have been passed down and updated through generations. Alongside classic Swiss dishes like rösti and schnitzel, you’ll find big portions and draft beer served in a lively, wood-beamed space scattered with historic artefacts.
