Phoebe's Restaurant and Coffee Lounge

This long-standing Syracuse restaurant, originally called Phoebe's Garden Cafe, added its coffee lounge and adopted its new name in 2004. While delicious lunches and dinners are served in the restaurant, patrons of the coffee lounge can enjoy gourmet coffee drinks, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches and homemade soups.
