Demilmar — Perissa

Right on Perissa’s black sand, Demilmar is a good spot to wind down after a swim—cold beers, beach loungers, and decent service throughout the day. The seafood’s fresh, the menu leans Mediterranean with a few international extras, and the vibe’s relaxed, especially if you stick around for dinner. They host live music sometimes, and you can eat right by the water.
