Skiza Cafe – Oia

Right on the caldera path, Skiza is one of those spots where you can sit for hours over a coffee without anyone rushing you. The upstairs terrace has a great view, especially at sunset, but the food holds up too—thin-crust pizza, fresh salads, crepes, and proper homemade desserts. Their ice cream and orange pie get a lot of love, and it’s a solid stop if you’re craving something sweet or just need a break from walking around Oia.
