Le Manoir De La Régate

Right on the banks of the Erdre, this family-run spot is now in the hands of chef Mathieu Pérou, with his sister Anne-Charlotte running the front of house. The menu focuses on local ingredients—river fish, seaweed from Le Croisic, wild herbs—and dishes are thoughtful without being fussy.
