Boilerman Bar

The Boilerman Bar specialises in so-called Highballs. These drinks consist of a base spirit like whisky or gin and a 'filler' like ginger ale, tonic water, or the like. The best-known Highball is probably the Gin & Tonic. One might think such drinks are easy to prepare, but at the Boilerman, they are elevated to an art form.
