Restaurante Nou Salat

Located a few meters from Guadalest, the restaurant gives guests a privileged view of the city, the mountains Xortà, Bernia and Aitana and crops in the area. José Sales and Amelia Gomis began a new stage with Nou Salat, having had the restaurant El Salat for 16 years before. Now their children share this adventure with them. Two generations involved and passionate about the world of cooking and catering.
