
Museum of Contemporary Art
The Museum of Contemporary Art, situated in New Belgrade on the left bank of the Sava River opposite the Belgrade Fortress, is a notable example of modernist museum architecture. It is encircled by a sculpture park featuring works by prominent Yugoslav sculptors of the 20th century. The museum spans five levels, showcasing a collection of over 35,000 artworks produced since 1900 in Serbia and the former Yugoslavia. In addition to its extensive collection, the museum also hosts international exhibitions of modern and contemporary art.
