Det finns två färjeförbindelser till Isle of Wight som avgår från Town Quay. (Red Funnel och The Hythe Ferry) Red Funnel har två tjänster till Isle of Wight. The Red Jet är en höghastighetsfärjan och som bär fotgängare mellan Town Quay och West Cowes. Resan tar cirka 25 minuter. Den andra färjan mellan Town Quay och East Cowes kan du ta om du reser med en cykel.
