The Dining Room

The huge glass facade of The Dining Room looks out over Perisher Front Valley and is a great location to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. The three-course set menu changes daily with three options per course. The chefs produce innovative cuisine using fresh produce from the Snowy Mountains, Southern NSW and the NSW South Coast.
