Molinere Underwater Sculpture Park
The Molinere Underwater Sculpture Park is a unique and fascinating attraction created in 2006 by British sculptor Jason deCaires Taylor. It features a collection of over 80 submerged sculptures that are now home to a diverse range of marine life. The sculptures are made from pH-neutral, marine-grade cement and serve as artificial reefs, attracting fish and other marine organisms to the area and creating a new habitat for them to thrive in. Visitors can explore the park by snorkeling or diving, and many of the sculptures are easily visible from the surface. Molinere Underwater Sculpture Park is not only a stunning art exhibit but also a valuable conservation project.
