If you're up for travelling a bit further out of Portofino, you can take a ferry to the nearby town of Rapallo, where you'll find Eldòlz. Their chefs are able to serve fruit-based or mascarpone cakes and the traditional tiramisu, but also ice creams and savoury treats. They have vegetarian options too, and you can ask for custom orders.
