El Bigotes is a no-frills restaurant tucked near Cala Mastella, famous for serving one thing: the owner’s morning catch, cooked over a wood fire into a traditional Ibizan fish stew called bullit de peix. It’s served in two rounds—first the fish and potatoes, then rice made with the leftover broth. No menu, no choices, and no chance of getting in without a reservation—word is the king of Spain once got turned away for not booking ahead.
