Although fresh fish is served here daily, Wind & Sea's name comes more from its waterfront location than from its menu, which offers the right amount of variety to keep things interesting. Wind & Sea opened in 1972 and has become one of Southern California's premier restaurant destinations for Pacific Rim fusion cuisine.
