Ristorante Porta Nova

Arguably the best restaurant in Ostuni, with a classic menu and a long wine list to match. The restaurant is located just inside the town walls, in a 13th-century townhouse. The menu features dishes prepared with locally-sourced ingredients from Apulia, with a heavy emphasis on fish and seafood.
