El Filete Ruso

Recognised by Slow Food Barcelona since 2010, El Filete Ruso specialises in organic meats, from its signature filete ruso (a traditional Spanish-style hamburger) to steak tartare and entrecôte. The menu also includes tapas and seasonal organic vegetables. The interior is simple yet refined, and the terrace, open year-round, offers a relaxed spot to enjoy a meal in the heart of the city.
