Stuttgart Beer Festival

Also known as the Cannstatter Volksfest, this historic beer festival has been running since 1818 and is one of the largest in the world. Held at the Cannstatter Wasen fairground, it features massive beer tents, lively music, traditional food, and all kinds of fairground rides. A standout symbol is the 26-metre fruit column. While it’s similar in spirit to Munich's Oktoberfest, it tends to be more relaxed and local in feel.
