Napoleon Bonaparte Airport (AJA)

Corsica's busiest airport, Napoleon Bonaparte Airport (AJA), lies 5 kilometres from the island's capital. Formerly known as Campo dell'Oro, after the alluvial plain on which it was built, it has regular and seasonal connections to mainland France and other European destinations.
Bus Line 11 runs directly to the Ajaccio city centre in around 20 minutes, every 15 minutes during the day on weekdays and Saturdays, and every 30 minutes on evenings, Sundays and public holidays. Tickets must be purchased before boarding.
Ricantu train station lies around 2 kilometres away along a coastal path, though services are infrequent. Taxis are available outside arrivals.
