Public transportations is very limited on Hilton Head Island. There are bus services from the island to the nearby counties of Beaufort, Jasper, Allendale, Hampton and Colleton; however, it could be that they only run once a day. The Breeze Trolley Service operates on a seasonal schedule and it's free of charge. Check the website for more details on bus routes. Renting a bike is a popular way of moving around the Island as well.
