Lavena Coastal Walk

Lavena Coastal Walk

The Lavena Coastal Walk, Taveuni’s most scenic trail, winds through Bouma National Heritage Park, offering a 10-kilometre round-trip adventure along pristine beaches and lush forests. The fairly easy trail leads to the stunning Wainibau Waterfall, where hikers can swim through a gorge to reach this idyllic spot. A guide is recommended, especially for the rope-assisted stream crossing, adding local insight to the journey. The hike is an immersive experience, showcasing why Taveuni is known as Fiji’s Garden Island.
