At this restaurant, you can discover a blend of traditional Spanish ingredients with Japanese cuisine. Wabi-Sabi was actually the first Japanese restaurant in Valladolid and introduced the new concept of fusion food for the locals. The restaurant has a lovely, modern decor and is situated a few steps away from the Plaza Mayor.
