Cottages at Tärnö

Tärnö is located at the outermost skerries, and it is the largest island in Hällaryd archipelago. From Drakberget, the highest point of the island, you can see part of Blekinges coastline, or the excavations in the mountain that the inhabitants in older times thought was tracks left by the dragon who lived there. Tärnö light house was built on Iberget the year 1910. The island, is a nature reserve, with a regular boat schedule during the summer months from Karlshamn and Matvik, at this time the kiosk Laxboden is opened.
