Wildbrumby Distillery Door & Cafe

The Wildbrumby Distillery & Cafe is a unique, boutique schnapps distillery located on the Alpine Way in the picturesque Thredbo Valley, halfway between Jindabyne and Thredbo, also offering Austrian-inspired meals. See the beautiful brass distilling equipment from Germany and try out some of the schnapps made on site. The cafe is the ideal place to stop for a tasting, coffee, exquisite continental cakes or lunch. There's a selection of wines and Paulaner German Lager beer on tap, too.
