The name of the place refers to the number of steps leading to level -1 of the tenement house at ul. Targ Rybny 1. It is there - visible from the entrance - the heart of the premises, i.e. a spectacular 8-meter, elegantly illuminated bar. 17 Stairs are not just sublime drinks.
