Sage Bakehouse prepares its products in the French "pain tradition," meaning all baked goods are naturally leavened, hand-formed, fermented, and baked directly on the hearth of a French oven. Their breads find their way to northern New Mexico’s finest food shops, restaurants, and hotels as a result. Grab a flaky croissant or sweet cookie to start off your day, and munch on a rustic apple tart or chocolate-hazelnut torte for after hours.
