Txalaka

Txalaka is a much-loved pintxo bar in the best Basque tradition. The huge variety of bite-size pintxos are displayed on the bar and feature all manner of toppings like seafood, smoked meats, vegetables, cheeses and even sweet toppings for dessert. Take as much as you like and accompany it all with cider and typical Basque txakoli (fizzy white wine).
