Molly, a 1920s speakeasy in Civic, is hidden within Hobart Place, behind an unmarked wooden door and down a dark staircase. The bar is seriously well equipped with the widest choice of spirits. Their scotch range is splendid, from good old classics to exquisite aged ones. A charcuterie board and an old-school Negroni is always a winning combination.
