The museum displays military photos, medals, flight jackets, uniforms, newspaper clippings, and as many as 500 of the museum's 10,000 artifacts honoring veterans. Its exhibits and presentations seek to create a greater understanding of military conflicts among present and future generations.

Discover Eemland by bike and by boat. You will slowly sail out, passing houseboats moored on the banks. Excellent chance to experience the whole city from another perspective. When you arrive at a dock, simply pick the cycle route of your choice and cycle into nature.
