Gazi District

The Gazi is the new cool place to be in Athens. The area is centred around the old city gas works, now serving as a cultural centre — Technopolis. The construction of the Kerameikos subway station took a long while, but now it delivers passengers to the epicentre of the district, where the nightlife is vibrant and seemingly never stops.
