Art tour during Easter

Skåne is a landscape where art flourishes and artists thrive. Several artists mention the atmosphere, the light and the open and pleasant locals as sources of inspiration. Join us on an art tour! Sweden's first art tour was started by a few artists living in the area around Maglehem and Degeberga in Skåne. The basic idea is simple but ingenious. During Easter, artists open up their studios to visitors, who want to see art at its source in the artists' studios and homes. This gives them an opportunity to speak directly to the artists and hear them talk about their art, and to buy art, of course. The art tour concept has been successfully copied by more destinations in Skåne, and many artists are open even when the art tour is not on. Why not call your favourite artist and ask if you can drop by?
