Valladolid - Bars & Nightlife
Valladolid is a university town and therefore a good place to be a bar owner. As in other Spanish cities, nightlife kicks off late. Eat dinner at ten, then move on to a bar or three before checking in to a nightclub at two or three in the morning. Don’t worry too much about your beauty sleep – that’s why they invented the siesta. At night, the air is cooler and the young Spaniards emerge to party through till dawn. Valladolid has an energetic night scene: you may not be home in time for breakfast.
Café España
Café España is a Valladolid institution, which first opened its doors nearly a hundred years ago. Now it’s known particularly for its live jazz performances. It’s also a good place to catch a flamenco performance.
