Vitoria - Cafes
In Vitoria, you will find dozens of cafés every few meters, as well as pinchos bars which is the best way to enjoy the Basque culture. Pinchos are delicious creations of miniature cuisine, similar to tapas in southern Spain. At any time of the day, bar crawling is simply a crucial experience!
Saburdi

Toloño
Toloño is a family-driven café/bar in the medieval quarter, and they regularly participate in "pinchos" competitions. Ask for the Tierra.
La Riojana
La Riojana is a popular venue with good coffees, Rioja and pinchos. Special mention for one of its specialities: the Tartaleta de Bacalao.
Dolar
Although it sounds American, Dolar is a typical Basque venue with a special mention for its speciality, the Champi Dolar, but you may also try the Solomiloo Con Peras Al foie.
Café Jazz-antzokia
Pinchos, good coffees and drinks, and on the top of that, great music.
