Ibiza - Eating
Ibiza’s culture and history is reflected in the islands culinary heritage. The cuisine is strongly influenced by different Mediterranean cultures and in particular by the cuisine of Catalonia. Fresh fish and seafood dominates the island’s culinary culture of course. However, as a big tourist destination, Ibiza’s restaurants cater for all kinds of gastronomic desires.
