Deauville - Essential Information

Airport

The Aéroport de Deauville-St Gatien is located 9km outside of Deauville centre.

There is no public transport between the airport and the town centre, so you must take a taxi. This should cost no more than 20€.

Public transport

Deauville is small enough that you can easily walk around town, though bicycles, roller skates and scooters can easily be rented at Cycle Lucas, 92 av de la République. There is also a small tourist train which departs the town hall for trips around town (Easter–Sept only 5.50€). Deauville is connected to nearby Trouville by two bus services, as well as by a small 5-minute ferry (summer only) which leaves from the Quai des Yachts in Deauville – though it only takes about 15 minutes to walk.
