The best Guilin bars are mostly in West Street, Yangshuo, where there are so many of them that one can never run through them and they are all different from the other.Most bars and clubs in downtown Guilin open from 08:00 to 14:00 while the ones in Yangshuo are open from 07:30-02:00.

The draw of this establishment is that it overlooks the main square of Guilin and the environment is good. Most of the customers are successful business people.

Bar of Beauty caters to two very different client bases. The first floor is for those who just want to relax with an afternoon tea or a midnight wine while the second floor houses KTV lounges for those who want to belt out a tune on the karaoke.
Baidu Bar
It shares the name with the popular Chinese search engine BAIDU.com, but there are no connections. What it is associated with is a good view of the Li River.
Meiyoucafé
This establishment sells itself by promising what it does not have or meiyou, as it is named. It does not have warm beer, lousy food, rip-offs, bad service or bad music. What it does have does warrant a visit.
100 Degree Bar
It is clamed to be the most popular bar with the local young people at the moment. It is very much a Chinese-style club, but also very accessible for foreigners. There is no actual dancefloor as such, but spontanious dancing occures regulary, mostly to dance-pop and hip-pop. There isn’t much of a drink selection, but prices are resonable and the interior is well designed.
