Great Barrier Reef

A world heritage listed marine park, the Great Barrier Reef extends for 2,300 km along the North Eastern coast of Australia. It’s the world’s largest coral reef system, comprising a network of about 2,900 individual reefs and is home to nearly 2,000 species of fish. Whether taking a scenic flight, cruising, diving, snorkelling or simply experiencing the wonder through an underwater viewing chamber, it’s one of the most magical experiences on the planet, and Hamilton Island is best placed to provide a wide variety of ways that you can share it.
